GUECHAR Auto Parts helps customers source new and used vehicles, auto parts, and tires, and arranges domestic and international shipping. Submitting a request is an inquiry — it is not a binding order until we confirm availability, price, and you complete payment.

2. Requests and Quotes

• You may submit requests with or without creating an account.
• Quotes, estimates, and options we provide are subject to availability and may change until confirmed.
• AI-generated research (such as instant shipping estimates) is informational and not a final price.
• Prices and availability shown for sourced vehicles, parts, or tires are snapshots and may expire without notice.

3. Orders and Payment

• An order is binding once payment is completed through one of our accepted methods (card, PayPal, wire transfer, money transfer services, or cryptocurrency).
• Cryptocurrency and money-transfer payments are considered received only after full network/agent confirmation.
• Vehicle, part, tire, and shipping portions of an order may be priced separately by our team.

4. Condition of Goods

Items are sold as described in the option or offer you select. Used vehicles and parts may show wear, cosmetic damage, or prior repairs consistent with their described condition. It is your responsibility to review the description, photos, and any condition notes before selecting an option or completing a purchase.

5. Shipping

• Shipping costs, transit times, and duties/taxes are estimates until confirmed; the customer is responsible for import duties and taxes in the destination country.
• Delivery timelines depend on carriers, customs, and other factors outside our control.
• Any damage claims must be reported to us promptly upon delivery with supporting photos.

6. Communications Consent

By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive service-related messages from us by SMS, WhatsApp, or email regarding your requests, quotes, and orders. You may opt out of messaging at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site — including submitting false information, attempting to access other customers' data, disrupting the service, or scraping content. We may block traffic that abuses these terms.

8. Returns and Cancellations

Because vehicles, parts, and tires are sourced to order, returns and cancellations depend on the stage of fulfillment and the supplier's policy. Contact us as soon as possible; we will review each case individually.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GUECHAR Auto Parts is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item or service giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which GUECHAR Auto Parts operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
